Should students get holidays?

Students should have a holiday because they work really hard and they need to rest
their brain because they think to much.
I think students need holidays so they can play fortnite, spend time with loved ones and
go on vacations.
It is also a great time to sleep because during the holiday you won’t need to worry
about waking up early for school and you can sleep as long as you w
ant unless your parents say get up .

Culture day.

On Friday the students from Glen Innes school had a cultural concert while as a celebration of their learning.

Before the culture concert started their parents looked around the school and went into the hall and saw the beautiful display.Then the parents went to the shop to buy their kids cultural  food to eat with them. Then the students went to get dress and they came out proudly in their beautiful costumes. After culture day finished the students went and changed out of their wonderful costumes and then they packed up and went home.

After cultural day I felt very proud that I took part of the dance and it was very exciting.

My goal setting for April

    I was happy that I got a 3 and I am working within my curriculum level. My goal for term 2 is 4

Fractions

 

     Today our class made fractions with play-dough It was very fun.So this is how I did fractions I had a whole pizza then I cut it into half's then I cut it into half's again and that made quarters.After I cut the quarters I cuted it into half's again witch made 1/8 and I was so happy that I finished.
