Should kids be served breakfast at school ?

Should kids be served breakfast at school?

I strongly feel breakfast should be served at school because some kids don't
have time to have breakfast and also kids get a lot of energy from eating
breakfast and they can think perfectly when it comes to a test and work.  
In my opinion, breakfast should be allowed at school because kids starve

and they don't think properly so that's why I think breakfast is very.
