Tech cooking

Today we had made sapasui it was very delicious and the way Mrs Hamer told us to make was very new to me because I had never made it this way.

First we got a bowl full with vegetables like green beans, onions, broccoli, capsicum. After that we chopped and diced the onions then nextly we chopped the green beans and broccoli into small pieces. Also we sliced our capsicum and then we put the onions on the pan and let that cook while we were chopping the veggies.

Nextly we got the meat and chopped that as well then we added ginger and garlic paste into the onion for flavour so that the texture will blend in with the rest of the ingredients. While the onions were cooking we had to clean the station we were working at because a chef always has to cook in a clean space, but after mrs Hamer said add the meat and the rest of the ingredients. 

Finally we had let the vermicelli absorb the water so that it could be cooked and then got 1/2 a cup of the water then added that with the rest of the dish even the water. After that we stirred and stirred until the food was ready then finally it looked nice and spectacular couldn't wait to eat it. After me and my partner were so happy to eat and we were so excited because it took so long.
