Cooking red lentils and curry

 Today we cooked red lentils and curry and it took quite a while to cook because there was a lot of ingredients to add in. 

Firstly we chopped and diced up all the vegetables and the veggies we had were onions, spinach and carrots. When we finished peeling the onion we diced it into little pieces and cutted the carrots in half then diced those also. The reason why the carrots had to be diced into little pieces was because they take awhile to cook also we chopped the spinach.

After that we chopped the chicken breast then added that first with the onions but we added moist ginger to give it a little bit of taste. Then we waited and stirred until Mrs Hamer said ''add the rest of the ingredients in'' so we all added the rest of the veggies then putted the red lentils also the peas. After that we putted curry into it with a 1/2 cup of water then stirred and stirred until it was ready.

When we finished the food I had to go to the other cooking class to grab the rice off the other cooking teacher then we all got a little bit of rice and added our delicious curry to it and after we had to clean up our station we worked at.

Finally I enjoyed my yummy food I made I was so happy with myself because it tasted delicious but the thing I really didn't like was we only got to put a 1/2 tablespoon of salt so it wasn't really tasty it tasted a little bit plain.
